Tenant Services Coordinator
The corporate office of Zilber Property Group, a national leader in commercial investments and a division of Zilber Ltd., is seeking a highly professional, motivated, organized individual to fill our full time Tenant Services Coordinator position. Zilber currently owns and manages over six million square feet of commercial space.
Responsibilities of this position include handling service requests from tenants; entering work orders into computer system and dispatching maintenance personnel; coding invoices from vendors and issuing purchase orders. Additional responsibilities include word processing, backup to others in department and preparing and updating
various directories and contact books.
The qualified candidate must have a minimum of 3-5 years of administrative support; excellent verbal communication and customer service skills; as well as good organizational skills and the ability to keep up with a high volume of calls. A strong proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is a must. Basic familiarity with real estate
property management operations, transactions and software is highly desired.

Interstate Parking Company, LLC - Seasonal Part-Time Positions
Milwaukee, WI
Employment Period: October 1, 2012 to Spring 2013 (beginning of basketball season to the end of basketball season)
Work Schedule: Bucks and Marquette basketball games and Bradley Center special events. (You are not expected to be available during every game)
Hours per Week: Varies (10-20, flexible)
Event Parking Staff (4 openings)
Hourly Wage: $9-$10/hour
Job Description: Selling event parking tickets, flagging and assisting customers at our various event locations in downtown Milwaukee. Responsibilities include
operating automated parking software system, customer service and interaction with event attendees, cooperation with other event staff, traffic management and revenue control.
Qualifications: This is a great opportunity for a fun job, extra income and flexible scheduling.
Event Supervisor (1-2 openings)
Hourly Wage: $12-$14/hour
Job Description: Supervise event staff of 5 to 7 people per shift for event parking operations located at our downtown locations. Responsibilities include operating
automated parking software system, customer service and interaction with event attendees, supervise/lead event staff, traffic management and revenue control. Requires
driving between facilities during certain events
Qualifications: Leadership experience, comfortable communicating directions to staff and customers, capable of multi-tasking and dealing with fast-paced environment,
proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and have your own transportation available on work days.
